Collection of information:

I collect personal information, such as names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by visitors.  The information you provide is used to fill your order.  You may be added to my mailing list as a means of keeping you informed about BItz of Time.  Please let me know if you do not wish to be on my mailing list.

Distribution of Information:

I do not share your personal information except under the following circumstances:

1.       When required by law.
2.       When trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions.
3.       When cooperating with the investigations of fraud which has already taken place.

Commitment to Data Security:

Your personal information is kept secure.

Shipping and Handling:

Bitz of Time ships USPS Priority Mail within the United States only.  Shipping and handling charges are $7.48.

Refunds/Exchanges:

If a piece of jewelry is damaged in shipping, Bitz of Time will replace the item (or an item of equivalent value), when the damaged item is returned with the original gift box AND shipping box. 

Because my jewelry and glass art are handmade and each is a unique creation, all sales are final.
